8/18/2005: Telling Stories in Zarma
Speakers of the Zarma language (2,188,400)--widely spoken in Niger, and to a lesser degree in Burking Faso, Mali and Nigeria--will soon be hearing the Gospel message on tape. On August 1, mother-tongue translators and Wycliffe personnel in Niger began recording Bible stories in the Zarma language. Pray for Beth Bachelder as she prepares the stories. Pray she and the Zarma translators will work well together as a team. Praise God for funding for this project from IMB.*
