More than 670 Bible translation projects are in process in Asia. But we’ve still got a long way to go to reach the Vision 2025 goal of starting translations for the remaining 616 languages in this area by the year 2025. The need for volunteer support is at an all-time high. Team Trip Opportunities

If you’ve never been on a Wycliffe Associates team trip, you don’t know what a blessing you’re missing. These short-term mission experiences are ideal for those with limited time, and they play a key role in accelerating Bible translation so that Bibleless people will one day be able to read the Scriptures in their own language. Current Project Updates

Thanks to the generous support of caring people like you, exciting developments are underway in many parts of Asia that will help speed up Bible translation for the 700 language groups still waiting to read God’s Word in their heart language. Here’s a taste of what’s going on in the area.

  • Hundreds of thousands of men, women, and children living in spiritual darkness in the mountain villages and jungles of Papua, Indonesia don’t have a single word of Scripture in their heart languages.   • There are still more than 300 language groups without a single word of Scripture translated into their heart languages in Indonesia.
