9/16/2009: Romani New Testament
Europe: A team has been working for several years on a translation of the New Testament into one of the Romani languages. Now they are in the final stages, checking key terms, names, parallel texts, titles and explanatory footnotes. They hope to complete all the final tasks by the end of November and then send the text for typesetting. Pray for wisdom to make only changes that will improve the text, freedom from interruptions, good health for the team, and smooth functioning of their computers. Pray that many throughout this people group will be prepared to receive and believe God's Word.
