Sudan: Recently, fighting erupted in the Laru area, cutting off the Laru team members in Khartoum from their people in the Nuba Mountains. Due to the fighting, the team members will not be able to travel there until the issues are resolved. As for the people in the villages, their lives are now unsettled. This also affects the literacy program, as people are scattered. Pray for the causes of conflict to be addressed and peace to return.
