12/6/2011: Challenges of Working at a Distance

West Asia: An expatriate language team has relocated to another nearby country. This means learning yet another language while trying to maintain two languages from the focus country. Pray for physical and mental strength during this new phase of ministry. Pray for creative ways to sustain relationships with national colleagues. The team will make ongoing trips to the focus country to maintain relationships and provide needed training. Skype will be used for consulting, and possibly for training sessions and workshops. Pray that national colleagues will grow in leadership abilities and take on more local responsibilities.
