Ghana: Praise the Lord for providing a new motorbike for Konkomba literacy supervisor Joseph Bandin. Pray for continued safety for him in all the work-related traveling he does. The literacy classes are for adult Konkombas who never had a chance to go to school. They work during the day so are only free to meet in the evenings. The teachers are young men from the community who have had the privilege of an education and do the work, voluntarily without pay. A supervisor usually oversees a number of classes in a given area, traveling to a different class each night.
