Germany: A conference for people translating the Bible into sign languages is planned for September 16-21, 2011. It will draw participants from the countries of Europe and West Asia, many of whom will be deaf Christians. Pray that Geoffrey and others will have wisdom as they arrange the logistics and draft the agenda. Pray for the provision of funds so that translation teams working on many sign languages in the region will be able to attend. Pray that this gathering will help isolated workers gain fresh ideas, learn new skills, and be encouraged through fellowship with others doing the same sort of work.
