 Short Description:
Responsible for providing spiritual and moral guidance and assistance to members.

Detail:
Stimulates spiritual growth in staff via worship services, sermons, and other talks. Develops vital interpersonal relationships that lead to staff growth. Leads Bible studies and organizes retreats. Offers pastoral counseling. Offers peer debriefing. Assists staff in maintaining accountability. Ideal candidate would care so much about people that he/she strives to help this community of ex-pat missionaries to be healthy and spiritually sound. Would like someone to come for not less than 6 months so that they can become a trusted chaplain-type person for the community. A year or longer would be even better.
